Job summary

OSL is seeking an experienced FX Liquidity Manager to join the Trading and Liquidity team in Singapore. You will manage day-to-day foreign exchange operations, execute hedging strategies, and optimize liquidity across cross-border payment rails.

You will coordinate multi-currency treasury activities, monitor cash flows, assess market dynamics, and work with product, risk, and engineering to expand payout corridors and improve treasury routing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in FX trading, treasury, liquidity management or risk management.
• Experience in fintech/PSP or global financial institutions is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cross-border payments and stablecoins dynamics.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and analytical FX Liquidity Manager to join our Trading and Liquidity team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing day-to-day foreign exchange operations, executing market hedging strategies, and optimizing liquidity across global payment rails.

You will also manage active payment corridors, mitigate FX risks, and ensure seamless liquidity distribution to support fast-growing cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multi-currency treasury liquidity, executing FX transactions, spot/forward trades, and market hedging to optimize pricing and manage exposure.
• Direct and monitor daily cash flows across bank accounts, payment gateways, liquidity providers, and payout partners to ensure uninterrupted payment operations.
• Monitor rate movements, spread dynamics, and volatility across key currency corridors; implement proactive hedging strategies to protect operating margins.
• Maintain relationships with banking partners, FX brokers, liquidity providers, and crypto/stablecoin rails to secure competitive pricing and deep liquidity access.
• Utilize and help optimize trading/treasury systems, liquidity monitoring tools, and automated payout infrastructure.
• Partner closely with Product, Operations, Risk, and Engineering teams to launch new payout corridors and enhance automated treasury routing.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in FX trading, Treasury, Liquidity Management, or Financial Risk Management, ideally within a Fintech, Payment Service Provider (PSP), Neobank, or Global Financial Institution.
• Proven understanding of Payments Treasury and stablecoin dynamics, including cross-border clearing rails, stablecoin on-off ramp and local liquidity providers.
• Hands-on expertise with FX market trading/hedging techniques and exposure management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred)

• Experience working with Emerging Market currencies, exotic currency corridors, and restricted FX markets
• Fluent in Mandarin and English to liaise with regional counterparts and partners.
• Practical exposure to crypto liquidity, USD-pegged stablecoins (USDT/USDC), and on/off-ramp mechanisms for payments settlement.
• Deep analytical knowledge of specific cross-border payout corridors, seasonal liquidity shifts, and regional price movement patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Treasury Payment Systems, TMS integrations, or API-based treasury tools.
