Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd (UOB) invites an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end innovation initiatives spanning blockchain, tokenization, digital assets and AI. Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methods.
• Knowledge of blockchain, tokenization, digital assets or AI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of banking products, operations and regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, Agile or equivalent certification preferred.

Person Specification

• 10+ years’ project management experience delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall and hybrid approaches.
• Experience in blockchain, tokenization, digital assets, digital banking, AI or related innovation initiatives preferred.
• Strong understanding of banking products, operations, technology and regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders across large, matrixed organisations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• PMP, Agile or equivalent project management certification preferred.
