Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end trade support processes for futures and options clients, coordinating operational delivery and client training.
• Partner with clients to understand service needs, validate requirements, and implement support processes within agreed service offerings.
• Manage daily business-as-usual client activity, including time-critical same-day and next-day tasks.
• Review client service metrics and key performance indicators, share insights, and drive resolution of service issues.
• Maintain cash margins payments/receipts and non-cash collateral accurately.
• Escalate operational issues and risks promptly with clear context and proposed actions.
