Job summary

DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer service assistant in Toa Payoh to support clients in the funeral industry. The role requires handling inquiries, coordinating hall bookings, and providing timely case updates.

You will engage in call handling, complaint resolution, and administrative duties, with 8am–5pm hours over a 5-day work week. Shift work incl. holidays and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience or new entrants welcome
• Comfortable working in the funeral industry
• Able to do shift work, including public holidays and overtime

Responsibilities

• Coordinate booking of service halls and assist with check-in/check-out
• Understand industry/services and help clients make informed choices
• Logistics support
• Manage incoming calls, inquiries and record case information
• Handle complaints with solutions and timely follow-up
• Keep records of customer interactions, processes, documentation and update cases
• Support frontline staff on administrative duties
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
