Job summary

Harmony Funeral Care in Singapore is seeking a hands-on logistics assistant to support funeral operations, including delivery, setup, and dismantling of equipment. You will manage warehouse stock, transport supplies between premises and wake venues, and help keep vehicles and gear clean and ready.

The role requires a valid Class 3 driving licence, a practical, team-oriented mindset, and comfort working in the funeral industry. Training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work.
• Responsible, punctual and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in the funeral industry.
• Prior logistics or funeral experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, deliver, set up and dismantle funeral equipment and décor.
• Pack and check items required for upcoming funeral services.
• Manage warehouse inventory and stock replenishment.
• Transport funeral supplies between our premises and wake venues.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of company vehicles and equipment.
• Support funeral operations and assist colleagues when required.
