Job summary

EQUE PTE. LTD. Singapore seeks a funeral logistics driver to collect and transport the deceased, prepare coffins and encoffining, load and unload heavy items, and drive the funeral hearse while assisting funeral advisors to ensure smooth proceedings.

You must hold a Class 3/3A driving license, be able to lift up to 25kg, be computer literate, and show compassion to bereaved families. Working hours are 8am to 6pm, five days on with one day off, with weekend and public-holiday standby.

Qualifications

• Possess Class 3 / 3A driving license.
• Able to lift heavy weight (up to 25kg) and perform physical work.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Collection and transportation of deceased.
• Preparation of coffin and encoffining.
• Loading and unloading of heavy items / coffins.
• Performing a variety of tasks during the funeral process, such as providing assistance during funeral rites, closing of casket, guiding the bereaved family etc.
• Driving of funeral hearse.
• Assist funeral advisors during the funeral process to ensure smooth proceedings.
• Maintaining tidiness of company vehicles and premises.
• Other ad hoc tasks as required.
