Job Overview

  • Support and execute fundraising initiatives and events that further FFFA’s mission and community impact.
  • Strengthen FFFA’s brand visibility and public presence through effective marketing strategies and stakeholder engagement.
  • Assist in the development of new funding channels, including corporate partnerships, donor outreach and fundraising campaigns.
  • Contribute to the coordination and implementation of community outreach programmes and signature events.

Responsibilities and Duties

Primary

  • Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, appeals, and events to drive donations and sponsorships.
  • Develop and curate content for digital platforms (social media, website, EDMs) to grow FFFA’s online presence and engagement.
  • Maintain relationships with donors, sponsors and community partners to ensure ongoing support.
  • Support the organisation and delivery of key events, ensuring they align with FFFA’s goals and uphold brand reputation.
  • Assist in the production and review of public communications and marketing collaterals.
  • Manage day-to-day administration of all social media and online marketing platforms.

Secondary

  • Represent FFFA at outreach activities, events and partner engagements.
  • Support the creation of new donor engagement strategies and fundraising ideas.
  • Preparation of post-event reports, tracking outcomes and performance for internal review.
