the talent network private limited is seeking a Community Partnership Manager (Volunteer Management & Fundraising) for a well-established non-profit in the CentralWest Area, Singapore. The role centers on leading partnership and fundraising strategies while managing volunteers to drive impact.

You will build strategic relationships with healthcare institutions, community partners, and donors, requiring strong leadership and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• At least 6 to 8 years' experience leading and executing the organisation's partnership and fundraising strategies.
• Strong experience in Volunteer Management, building and maintaining strategic relationships with healthcare institutions, community partners, donors, and key stakeholders.
• Experience in the social service sector will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Min a Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business or a related

• At least 6 to 8 year experience leading and execute organisation's partnership and fundraising strategies.

• Strong experience in Volunteer Management, building and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare institutions, community partners, donors, and key stakeholders.
