We are a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering lives and serving the community through a wide range of social service programmes. We are looking for a passionate and driven Fundraising Manager to lead our community engagement and partnership efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships with corporates, community groups, and agencies for CSR collaborations and fundraising efforts.

  • Conceptualise and implement fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives that align with organisational goals.

  • Manage donor and sponsor relationships, ensuring timely communication, recognition, and stewardship.

  • Coordinate in-kind donations and align them with operational needs.

  • Lead the planning and production of communication materials such as newsletters, reports, and publicity content.

  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, website content, and media outreach.

  • Develop and execute volunteer management strategies including onboarding, training, and recognition.

  • Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

  • Stay informed on community trends, funding opportunities, and sector developments.

Requirements
  • Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Events Management, or related fields.

  • At least 5–6 years of relevant experience in fundraising, partnerships, CSR, or community engagement.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven track record in event planning and donor engagement.

  • Experience in the social service sector is an advantage.

  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
