We are a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering lives and serving the community through a wide range of social service programmes. We are looking for a passionate and driven Fundraising Manager to lead our community engagement and partnership efforts.
Identify and build strategic partnerships with corporates, community groups, and agencies for CSR collaborations and fundraising efforts.
Conceptualise and implement fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives that align with organisational goals.
Manage donor and sponsor relationships, ensuring timely communication, recognition, and stewardship.
Coordinate in-kind donations and align them with operational needs.
Lead the planning and production of communication materials such as newsletters, reports, and publicity content.
Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, website content, and media outreach.
Develop and execute volunteer management strategies including onboarding, training, and recognition.
Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Stay informed on community trends, funding opportunities, and sector developments.
Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Events Management, or related fields.
At least 5–6 years of relevant experience in fundraising, partnerships, CSR, or community engagement.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record in event planning and donor engagement.
Experience in the social service sector is an advantage.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
