Job description

· Achieve set fundraising targets through planning and implementation of assigned fundraising events and campaigns.

· Manage key donor accounts, including regular communications, tracking donations, and developing the donor engagement plan.

· Strategize, evaluate, and develop plans to build donor and volunteer networks, engagement, and relationship management.

· Identify donor prospects and attract new donors.

· Increase monthly giving.

· Implement and manage the execution of plans and activities to achieve fundraising and engagement objectives.

· Provide strategic input on messaging angles and approaches for fundraising appeals.

· Analyze campaign performance data and available donor data to enhance donations, relationships, and engagement outcomes.

· Manage donor acquisition, appreciation, and retention strategies.

· Ensure donations and gifts are stewarded according to donors’ intentions and report on their impact. Prepare and submit fundraising grant proposals and applications to government and corporate donors/funders in collaboration with stakeholders.

· Prepare materials and collateral for donor outreach.

· Ensure fundraising activities comply with regulatory requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

· Post creative and engaging content about COH events or client activities involving fundraising on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

· Collaborate with the Community Relations Team to support ongoing fundraising and donor-related volunteering activities, raising awareness of COH beneficiaries and their needs.

· Participate in off-site events and promotional activities, collaborating with the Community Relations Team to identify new outreach opportunities.
