Associate – Real Estate Fundraising (Singapore)
We are seeking a highly driven and analytically strong Associate to join the APAC Real Estate Fundraising team based in Singapore. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside senior executives and contribute to the fundraising and investor engagement efforts across both institutional and wealth channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support regional capital raising initiatives for the firm’s Real Estate strategies across Asia Pacific.
• Prepare and refine marketing materials, investor presentations, and detailed financial analyses.
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, capital flows, and investor segments.

What We’re Looking For

• 1.5–2 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance (e.g., at a top-tier investment bank or advisory firm).
• Strong financial modeling, research, and data analytics skills.
• Excellent writing and PowerPoint skills; able to distill complex content into clear narratives.
• A genuine interest in building a career in real estate fundraising.
• Prior real estate experience is not required – training will be provided for candidates with the right mindset and skillset.
