Job summary

GLAS is an award-winning debt administration services firm seeking a fund accounting professional for its Singapore operations. The role focuses on accounting and administration of trusts and funds across private equity, venture capital, and other assets.

You will prepare financial statements, NAV calculations, tax returns and investor reporting, while supporting onboarding and regulatory filings. A detail-oriented, collaborative candidate with 2 years’ experience fits best.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2 years’ experience in fund or corporate accounting.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS and Singapore statutory requirements.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and control mindset.
• Analytical with professional judgement and regulatory awareness.
• Comfortable in a regulated, inspection-ready environment.
• Collaborative and able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Account for trusts and funds focused on investments in private equity, venture capital, digital assets and other alternative assets.
• Prepare investor reports, financial statements, NAV calculations, and reconciliations (monthly/quarterly).
• Prepare management accounts and statutory financial statements of SPVs within trust structures.
• Prepare and submit tax returns to IRAS, GST and corporate tax returns.
• Prepare and review XBRL financial statements.
• Assist in client onboarding—opening bank accounts, drafting fund agreements, and KYC.
• Prepare capital calls, distributions, waterfall and performance indicators.
• Maintain client relationships and support regulatory filings.
