About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco's core business, renowned for its alternative asset and accounting services. Our ongoing investment in learning and technology ensures our team can deliver a seamless client experience.

Your Role:

1. Prepare and review annual, semi-annual, and quarterly financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.
2. Lead assigned engagements, including planning, budgeting, client management, and delegation.
3. Monitor and report out-of-scope time.
4. Ensure accuracy of footnote disclosures per standards.
5. Review legal documents to ensure proper financial statement disclosures.
6. Present and exchange information with clients, auditors, and internally.
7. Coordinate year-end financial statement processes.
8. Research and communicate recent authoritative pronouncements.
9. Identify issues, investigate, and recommend solutions.
10. Prepare and review various reports related to engagements.
11. Assist in preparing RFPs for prospective clients.
12. Mentor team members and identify opportunities for service enhancements.

About You:

• 5-7 years of asset management accounting experience, including financial statement review/preparation.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS, especially related to the alternative funds industry.
• Advanced knowledge of complex derivatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• CPA, CA, or other professional designation preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bloomberg.
• Team-oriented mindset.
