Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update internal records, trackers, and filing systems (both digital and hardcopy).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare meeting materials, and take minutes when required.
- Liaise with external vendors, regulators, fund administrators, and counterparties as instructed.
Compliance Support:
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of compliance reports and documentation for internal review and regulatory submissions.
- Track renewal dates and maintain logs for licenses, registrations, declarations, and certifications.
- Support Know-Your-Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and onboarding documentation processes.
- Help ensure compliance with internal policies and MAS regulations.
Fund Operations Support:
- Assist in processing fund-related documentation such as trade confirmations, subscriptions, redemptions, and capital calls.
- Monitor deadlines for fund reporting, NAV reviews, and investor communications.
- Coordinate with fund administrators on routine fund matters and data accuracy.
- Help prepare operational reports and assist with reconciliations.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in fund operations or compliance preferred (fresh graduates with strong interest in fund compliance/operations may be considered).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Proficiency in Chinese to liase with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
