Role Overview:

You will be joining our investment support team, which supports our investment team of portfolio managers, research analysts and financial analysts by preparing portfolio reports, performing trade reporting/settlement/reconciliation, and client servicing.

In the course of your work, you will gain exposure to various financial products and global markets, fund management, running scenario analyses and familiarity with Bloomberg Professional. You will develop valuable industry knowledge, communication, client servicing and analytical skills.

Besides your day-to-day responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to analyse data sets, create/propose customized material for clients, as well as perform industrial and business analyses.

Responsibilities:

· Pre-Trade: Assist in preparing and sizing trades; checking of risk and position constraints.

· Post-Trade: Confirm and verify trades; reconcile executed trades and update portfolio positions, monitor risk constraints on portfolios; ensure appropriate decisions are made for corporate actions.

· Reporting: Prepare portfolio performance, asset allocation reports, and pitchbooks for Clients and the investment team.

· Finance / Accounts: Assist in Fund administration duties; billing and payments; review company financials and Fund NAV; liaise with external accountants and fund administrator; assist in external audits.

· Internal Controls: Support the Head of Compliance on client onboarding and KYC review; assist in MAS reporting; perform data capture and validation; ensure data integrity and business controls.

· Communications: Assist with client onboarding, subscription, redemption, and reporting; coordinate with financial institutions on trade settlement and amendments.

· Others: Providing administrative support and taking ownership of ad-hoc projects.

About the Candidate

· We welcome candidates who may have the following experience but these are not a prerequisite:

o Audit / Audit (Financial Services) / Tax Advisory

o Compliance / Risk Management / Bank Operations

· Meticulous and capable in working with large sets of numbers accurately.

· Analytical with strong problem-solving skills and a fast learner. We will provide you with the necessary guidance to get up to speed.

· A team player who is responsible and able to coordinate well with teammates to ensure that work is prioritized according to timelines.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, as you will have to communicate effectively with clients, financial institutions, and vendors.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
