Our client, an international buy-side firm, is hiring for a Fund Management AVP to support primary market transactions across mutual funds, alternative investments and hedge funds. Responsibilities include managing the issue-resolution process of primary market funds, ensuring smooth trade settlements through following up on trade-related enquiries, managing internal stakeholders & fund counterparties, as well as driving operational efficiency through process improvements and new fund initiatives.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years experience in Operations handling funds in a buy-side environment or directly with the issuing fund house
• Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds or Fund of Funds
• Strong knowledge of Trade Settlements and Fund Operations
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and positive attitude
• Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, or related fields
