Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Lifescience) is seeking an Associate, Fund Management for a 12-month contract at Raffles Place, Singapore. You will support portfolio reporting, maintain accurate databases, and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders.

You will analyse fund performance, extract data from investment reports, assist with ESG reporting, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners during transactions, helping ensure reporting

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio reporting and maintain accurate portfolio databases
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Analyse fund performance and key portfolio metrics
• Extract and consolidate data from investment reports
• Support portfolio risk monitoring and scenario analysis
• Assist with ESG and environmental performance reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners during investment transactions
• Track key investment parameters and ensure alignment with approved investment strategies
• Identify opportunities to improve existing reporting and data processes
