Qualifications

About Us:
Abacus Asia Wealth Management Pte Ltd is a licensed fund management company based in Singapore, actively managing both traditional and alternative investment structures. As we continue to grow our fund platform and broaden the range of structures under our management, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the setup and ongoing operations of our funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the full life cycle of fund structures—from initial setup and launch to ongoing operations—covering Cayman Islands funds and Singapore VCCs, with responsibility for liaising with service providers and ensuring regulatory obligations are met.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external service providers, including: Fund administrators, Auditors, Banks and custodians, Legal and compliance advisors.
  • Support internal stakeholders and external partners on fund-related projects and documentation
  • Maintain key operational workflows, timelines, and reporting obligations
  • Assist in onboarding of investors and KYC/AML processes
  • Support other ad-hoc requirements or internal projects as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in fund operations, fund administration, or a related role preferred
  • Familiarity with fund structures, especially Cayman funds and Singapore VCCs, is a strong advantage
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
  • Strong team player who is adaptable and able to work collaboratively across functions and with external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mandarin proficiency is a plus, to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and partners.
  • A background or strong interest in fintech, blockchain, digital assets, or emerging Web3 developments will be considered a plus.
