Our client is a well-renowned Asset Manager based in Singapore and is seeking a Fund Accountant for their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee fund operations, focusing on Transfer agency operations, unit trust and ETF processes, including subscriptions/redemptions, valuations, pricing, and expense management.
• Manage fund reporting, expense processes, statutory reviews, and compliance with regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Assist with fund launches, terminations, issue resolution, and queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in projects, enhance processes, and ensure operational controls are in place.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in accounting, business administration or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a fund accountant covering mutual funds, unit trusts, or hedge funds.
• Experience in Transfer agency is essential; exposure to fund accounting/administration in an asset manager or securities firm will be a plus.
• Experience in Bloomberg, Excel/VBA, Python, or coding/programming languages will be advantageous.
• Ability to multitask and work unsupervised in a team environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influential skills to communicate with senior stakeholders.
