JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Taking care of the day-to-day operations of the funds and following up with third parties, including investors and fund managers;
  • Preparing the funds’ periodic Net Asset Value calculation and year-end financial statements, managing the audit process, and reviewing other fund-related reports;
  • Handling fund accounts and preparing periodic and regulatory reports for fund entities;
  • Coordinating and arranging investor servicing activities, including onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and issuing shareholder statements;
  • Supporting Senior Officers and Managers to ensure high-quality work is delivered to clients;
  • Assisting with the setup of new funds and liaising with tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries during the process;
  • Proactively taking on additional responsibilities as required by your seniors or clients.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Strong academic background;
  • Newly qualified or partially qualified Accountant (e.g., CPA/ACCA/CPAA/AICPA/CIMA/ACA);
  • Experience or knowledge of financial services, especially with alternative investment funds (Private Equity, Real Estate) is desirable;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in other Asian languages like Japanese or Korean is a plus;
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and proactively;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Detail-oriented and mature;
  • High IT literacy, especially in MS Office (Excel and Word);
  • Knowledge of eFront and Yardi systems is advantageous;
