Qualifications

Job description

Senior Accountant's role in a private equity fund management set up encompasses the following:

Responsibilities

• Accounting, Reporting, Internal Control, Administration and Compliance functions for the funds and related investment portfolios that the group manages.
• Undertake specific projects, for instance, related to portfolio companies that may be assigned from time to time.
• Manage treasury function and monitoring risk/return KPIs of various asset portfolios.
• Supporting the CEO in communications with stakeholders and government agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA or CPA.
• Strong accounting knowledge & familiarity with Singapore/International financial reporting standards, knowledge in Fund Accounting is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with at least 2 years of external audit experience with the Big 4.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and meticulous.
