• Review daily/weekly/monthly reports for accuracy
• Work with teams to meet reporting deadlines
• Maintain and update operational manuals as needed
• Document and improve non-standard workflows
• Escalate issues, breaches, or errors to management
• Join meetings to review client and business needs
• Handle client queries on fund admin matters
• Work closely with clients and auditors on deadlines
• Support transitions, system tests, and new processes
• Assist with client onboarding and migration tasks
• Ensure compliance with internal rules and regulations
• Follow company’s Code of Conduct at all times
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accounting with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience with Multifonds accounting system is a plus
