D L RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking a seasoned project manager to lead technology and operations enablement initiatives in Singapore. The role emphasizes stakeholder relationship management, governance, and risk control across regulatory and HR domains.

You will own end-to-end project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to IT governance throughout the lifecycle. A strong background in CRS, FATCA, PDPA, and HR processes is preferred.

• Experience in stakeholder relationship management and acting as trusted advisor for business demands requiring technology or operations enablement/solution.
• Proven ability to manage project stakeholders, escalations, scope changes, and ensure collaborative team work.

Responsabilidades

• Project Management: Responsible for overall delivery of the project (Quality, Scope, Budget)
• Scope Management: Manage changes to the scope and assess impact to timeline & cost; changes approved by Steering Committee
• Project Governance: Prepare investment approval deck; coordinate project plan; chair meetings
• Risk and Issue Management: Anticipate, capture, manage risks; drive resolution
• Implementation Management: Develop implementation plan and coordinate execution with stakeholders
• Process Adherence: Ensure IT Governance is followed throughout the project life cycle
• Project Reporting: Measure and report progress to stakeholders
• Strong domain knowledge in Risk Management, CRS, FATCA, PDPA, and HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Relationship Management Acts as a trusted advisor for business for all new business demands requiring technology or operations enablement / solution
• Manage project stakeholders, e.g., escalation, expectation, conflict, scope changes, etc.Manage relationships with stakeholdersEnsure teams work in a collaborative environment
• Project Management Responsible for the overall delivery of the project (Quality, Scope, Budget)Develop and execute the Overall Project PlanModule/project delivery in strategic programs
• Scope Management Manage all changes to the agreed scope of work Review and assess changes and impact to timeline & costEnsure all changes are approved by Project Steering Committee
• Project Governance Prepare investment approval deck and manage approval of project by investment committee. Coordinate preparation of project plan Organise and facilitate Project Steering Committee meetings, chair Working level meetings
• Risk and Issue Management Anticipate, capture and manage overall project-level risks and issuesTrack risk agingOwn and drive resolution and escape risks and issues in a timely manner
• Implementation Management Prepare overall implementation plan taking inputs from all stakeholders including technology. business, operations, regulators, etc., and co-ordinate execution by respective owners
• Process Adherence Partner with stakeholders in ensuring IT Governance is followed throughout the project life cycle
• Project Reporting Measure, monitor and report progress to stakeholders
• Strong business domain knowledge and have experience delivering solutions across Risk Management, Common Reporting Standard (CRS),Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), Personal Data Protection Act(PDPA), and Human Resources (HR).
