Role Overview:Business Analyst (Wholesale eService Portal) will play a key role in designing and configuring the Salesforce Partner Community Portal for Wholesales eServices. You will leverage your client management skills to lead workshops, collaborate with various teams, and ensure the portal meets client needs. Your sense of UI/UX design and familiarity with telecom order management processes will be vital in delivering a top-notch solution.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Management: Lead and facilitate workshops with up to 20 client stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and drive project objectives.
- Salesforce Configuration: Design and configure Salesforce Partner Community Portal to meet client requirements, ensuring the portal is user-friendly and aligned with best practices.
- UI/UX Design: Apply your expertise in UI/UX design to create an intuitive and engaging user experience within the Salesforce Partner Community Portal.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., development, project management) and external partners to ensure effective implementation and integration of the portal. Proactive Ownership: Take initiative and ownership of assigned tasks, demonstrating a proactive approach to resolving issues and delivering solutions.
- Process Knowledge: Utilize your knowledge of Telco Order Management processes to enhance portal functionality and support telecom-specific requirements. Familiarity with CloudSense is a plus.
- Documentation & Analysis: Develop comprehensive business requirements documents, process flows, and functional specifications. Analyze and translate business needs into actionable configurations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in the partner portal and contribute to the development of best practices and innovative solutions.
Qualifications:- Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce Partner Community Portal design and configuration.
- Client Management: Strong client management skills with experience leading workshops involving up to 20 stakeholders.
- UI/UX Design: Good sense of UI/UX design with the ability to create an effective and engaging user experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Past knowledge of Telco Order Management processes and familiarity with CloudSense is advantageous.
- Proactive Attitude: Demonstrated proactive approach and ownership of projects, with a strong commitment to achieving successful outcomes.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear and actionable configurations. Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to various audiences.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus.
