Our client is embarking on a multi-year transformation journey to modernize its IT landscape, drive operational excellence, and enhance digital capabilities. The IT function is being restructured to provide regional oversight, technology harmonization, and platform standardization while ensuring local compliance across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

1. The Functional Lead (BA) for Lending will lead the functional stream for the Commercial Loan transformation. This role requires experience in corporate banking and domain expertise in Lending. Responsibilities include leading business analysis efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving the successful implementation of solutions.
2. The Functional Lead will define business requirements and solutions, collaborate with technical teams, and promote best practices aligned with the Corporate Banking modernization program.

Skills

Must have

• Experience with Lending software such as FIS ACBS, LoanIQ is highly preferred.
• Experience with software across Corporate Banking or related streams is advantageous.
• Ability to define overall functional strategy and lead business analysis for Lending to ensure project success.
• Capability to detail end-to-end process workflows and ensure alignment with the Target Operating Model (TOM).
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and solutions.
• Skills in analyzing and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience working closely with technology teams for system and process implementation.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards, with mentoring abilities for junior analysts.
• Ability to provide regular status updates, highlighting risks, progress, and outcomes to leadership.
• Previous experience as a business analyst, especially in related areas, is a plus.
• Confidence in dealing with various management levels.
• Self-starter with resilience and resourcefulness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
