Job Description
- Identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for clients across several key industries.
- Interact with clients to assess their business requirements and determine their software needs.
- Conduct an “AS-IS” study for an intensive understanding of the client’s existing business processes.
- Map business requirements to analyze GAPS and propose business Process Re-Engineering.
- Document business requirements using professional templates [BRD/Blueprint], including workflow diagrams that comply with the formatted Application Implementation methodology.
- Reconfirm the GAPS, configuration, and customization requirements before finalizing the build phase.
- Develop functional and technical specifications for implementation.
- Develop and execute implementation plans by configuring and customizing ERP solutions as per scope.
- Prepare & execute prototype plans with client key process owners.
- Develop training documentation for end users, including manuals, outlines, quick reference guides, assessments, and trainers' guides.
- Provide classroom training to end users.
- Participate in usability testing & review User Acceptance Test plans for functional requirements.
- Communicate with clients throughout the project to manage expectations, resolve issues, and provide status updates.
- Validate deliverables to ensure they meet requirements.
- Assist in project sign-off & go-live report preparation.
- Collaborate with onsite & offshore development and system design teams to interpret functional responsibilities and ensure successful project implementation.
- Liaise between the client and technical teams to resolve system issues.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of methodologies around ERP implementations.
- Completed a minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementations.
- Solid background in financial and accounting processes.
- Logical problem-solving skills and a structured approach to introducing change into operational systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively to junior colleagues.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a NetSuite Consultant in a vendor environment.
- Certification as NetSuite ERP Consultant or ERP Administrator is a plus.
