Job Description:

Functional Consultant - Payments BA

  • 11-14 yrs of experience in T24 and Payments domain as Functional Consultant, with strong Payments domain expertise.
  • TPH configuration experience is a must for at least one of the Domestic, International, and Instant payment schemes.
  • Prior implementation experience in most of these schemes: SWIFT, SEPA CT DD INSTANT, ACH, FEDWIRE, RTP, BNPL.
  • Good knowledge of T24 modules:
    • TPH, Payments & Standing Orders - SWIFT, SEPA CT DD INSTANT, ACH, FEDWIRE.
    • Delivery (Print/SWIFT setup, Swift Messages).
    • T24 Accounting, Financial Accounting & Financial Reporting - mismatches / GL imbalances / Position imbalances.
    • Reconciliations.
    • Functional knowledge of T24 modules/AA.
  • Coordinate with clients for requirements elicitation, management, and functional clarifications.
  • Independently conduct induction training, analyze business requirements, schedule PLW, and conduct PLW for clients onsite. Have in-depth knowledge of Temenos Payments business process flows and be able to edit flows, convincing clients to adopt existing OOTB processes aligned with Banks' business requirements.
  • Analyze requirements in detail and participate in gap analysis by providing a comprehensive comparison with product features, identifying areas for customizations and solution building.
  • Conduct requirements analysis and provide the functional design, including UI designs.
  • Perform product configuration setup based on customer needs.
  • Write detailed functional specification documents, provide walkthroughs of end-to-end flows to the Temenos BA team, review requirements, and obtain sign-off.
  • Create product-based KT documents for the customer.
  • Work with technical teams during design and development phases, providing functional support during testing.
  • Confident and professional communication skills with business users.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and Visio.
