You will be part of the Business-as-Usual (BAU) support team, contributing to ongoing development and testing activities that support the platform's continuous expansion. About the Platform - Orchestrade:

• Built on .NET (C#)
• Native integration with Excel
• Supports a wide range of asset classes and workflows

Responsibilities

• Support daily BAU activities and production issues (L1-L3)
• Respond to user issues / incidents / requests across multiple domains, focusing on Functional elements of Orchestrade
• Resolve daily Front Office issues related to functional, valuation, and pricing aspects
• Address issues from multiple trading desks, working closely with Traders (L3)
• Amend pre-trade rules and pricing tools
• Manage pre-deal origination workflow and post-execution monitoring
• Configure and support platform workflows to meet business needs
• Resolve requests or issues with P&L, Market Data, and booking
• Analyze, develop, and contribute to solutions as per PROD Support deliverables
• Liaise with technical teams to resolve functional issues and implement enhancements
• Handle Yield Curve issues, validation, curve assignments, and creation
• Stay updated on global market regulations and practices
• Perform testing for deliverables and participate in release cycles (SIT/UAT)
• Manage project tasks to ensure timely delivery
• Develop functional business requirements as needed

Skills

Must have

• 3+ years of experience with Orchestrade, Murex, or Calypso
• Capital Markets experience with cross-product knowledge
• Strong knowledge of financial products and trade lifecycle
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project life cycles and entrepreneurial approach to requirements gathering
• Proven planning and organizational skills
• Effective communication with technical and business teams
• Experience with JIRA or similar tools, and system integration testing
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
