Job Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt, timely, and quality servicing and treatment at client sites.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest problems and determine appropriate fumigation methods, including measuring room dimensions, venting, and calculating fumigation volume.
- Communicate with clients to explain the fumigation process, safety measures, provide quotations, and post-treatment care instructions.
- Prepare and set up equipment and fumigation chemicals, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Safely apply fumigation treatments using approved techniques and equipment to eliminate pests in residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Document all fumigation activities, including chemicals used, duration, and client details, and submit service reports promptly.
- Follow up with clients to ensure effective pest control and address any issues.
Equipment and Property Maintenance
- Ensure all company equipment and properties are in good working condition.
- Conduct regular checks of personal protective equipment.
- Perform routine inspections of company vehicles.
Compliance and Additional Duties
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical practices.
- Perform any other ad hoc work-related duties as instructed by the supervisor.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid NEA license.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Valid license to fumigate with at least one of the following gases: Hydrogen Cyanide, Methyl Bromide, or Hydrogen Phosphide.
- A valid Class 3 driving license.
Work Details
- Work Schedule: 5.5-day work week, reporting at 7:00 AM.
- Location: MacPherson Area, 10-minute walk from Tai Seng MRT.
- Leave: 16 days of annual leave.
- Remuneration Package: Includes Annual Wage Supplement (AWS), medical & dental coverage, and insurance.
