We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative AI Software Engineer to join our team and lead the integration of AI-driven capabilities into our nation’s ecosystem. This role is ideal for individuals with strong technical expertise in AI/ML, data engineering, and security solutions who enjoy building scalable, end-to-end systems and working on cutting-edge public sector projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications to automate workflows and optimize business operations.
• Build, test, and maintain machine learning models for process automation, data analysis, and predictive insights.
• Integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems using APIs, cloud services, and automation platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify use cases where AI and automation can add value.
• Implement and manage automation workflows with RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath) to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Develop scalable pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, and model training.
• Showcase innovative AI project prototypes to demonstrate feasibility and business impact.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable deployment of AI solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in AI/ML and automation to bring fresh ideas into the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in software development with Python or similar programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (RPA/Power Automate) as a strong foundation for AI workflows.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with data processing and analytics pipelines.
• Prior showcase of AI project implementations will be highly advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Exposure to open-source AI tools and frameworks is a plus
