Software Developers collaborate with Business and Quality Analysts, Designers, Project Managers, and more to design software solutions that create meaningful change for our clients. Job Responsibilities

1. Champion best practices such as writing clean and reusable code using TDD, SOLID principles, OO design, and pair programming.
2. Partner with other technologists from cross-functional teams advocating DevOps culture.
3. Work in collaborative, product-focused teams to build innovative customer experiences and create meaningful change for clients.
4. Take ownership and accountability beyond individual deliverables, always pushing the envelope to deliver excellent results.
5. Learn, digest, and apply the latest technology insights from our Technology Radar to solve client problems.

Job Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Fullstack development using two or more languages (Java, JavaScript, Node.js, React, TypeScript).
• Ability to write clean, high-quality code and improve bad code.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery practices such as CI, TDD, Infrastructure as Code.
• Bonus: Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.

Professional Skills

• Thrives in a collaborative, transparent environment valuing openness and feedback.
• Passionate about learning, sharing knowledge, and creating solutions for business challenges.
• Resilient in ambiguous situations and approaches challenges from multiple perspectives.
