Roles & Responsibilities

The Job

• Oversee the daily maintenance of the following items:

  • Electrical works

  • Mechanical pumps

  • Air-conditioning system

  • Plumbing repairs

• Oversee work completed by contractors as per our requirements and ensure completion within the timeframe

• Ensure all technical equipment/machines are in good running condition

• Standby night duties for exigency calls for NSRCC Kranji

• Assist in the implementation and corrective maintenance programs

• Handle complaints and repair works accurately and timely

• Responsible for the requisition of all light bulbs, electrical items, mechanical, and hardware in NSRCC Kranji

• Must be able to manage basic office administrative skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in Electrical & Air-conditioning or equivalent with 2 years’ of experience in a similar capacity

• Good decision-making skills, integrity, resourcefulness, and ability to work long hours if required

• Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays

Additional Information:

• Staff transport provided at Kranji MRT station (7:45 am)

• 5-day workweek

• Working hours: 08:15 am to 05:30 pm
