The coach plans weekly group classes, assesses student progress, and provides clear feedback to learners, while maintaining a safe learning environment and documenting attendance and progress.

• Demonstrated swimming and aquatic skills.

• Strong communication to diverse learners and caregivers.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and conduct weekly group swim classes aligned with SwimSafer 2.0.
• Assess and record students' progress and skills.
• Provide clear, individualized feedback to learners.
• Prepare students for SwimSafer progression and badges.
• Maintain pool safety, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies.
• Keep attendance and progress records, and communicate with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other coaches and management to uphold teaching standards.
