Job description

• Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, ensuring their dining experience is exceptional

• Serving and clearing of customer's orders and plates.

• Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, delivering meals and beverages, and clearing tables

• Maintain a clean and well-organised restaurant environment, including regular cleaning and tidying of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms

• Supervise and coordinate the work of the service crew, delegating tasks and ensuring high standards are met

• Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and assist in inventory management and stock control
