A dynamic hospitality company is seeking a Service Crew Supervisor to enhance customer experiences in a Japanese restaurant. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and providing exceptional service. Candidates should have previous experience in hospitality and strong communication skills.
Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, ensuring their dining experience is exceptional
Serving and clearing of customer's orders and plates.
Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, delivering meals and beverages, and clearing tables
Maintain a clean and well-organised restaurant environment, including regular cleaning and tidying of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
Supervise and coordinate the work of the service crew, delegating tasks and ensuring high standards are met
Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and assist in inventory management and stock control
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a service crew or supervisor in the hospitality industry, ideally in a Japanese restaurant setting
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
