Full time Senior Staff Nurse / Assistant Nurse Clinician (Office hours) #HJO

JobResponsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients based on individual needs.

Monitor patients’ condition, record vital signs, and report any changes to the medical team.

Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.

Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations.

Maintain accurate documentation of patients' medical records and nursing care provided.

Provide emotional support and health education to patients and their families.

Ensure infection control practices and safety protocols are strictly followed.

Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of medical equipment.

Guide and supervise junior nurses, healthcare assistants when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Nursing
• Min 3-5 years of nursing experience
