Working Hours: Mon to Fri Office Hours
Note: There are some board meetings held in the evening lasting for a few hours - Have to be comfortable with this before applying.
Provide secretariat support including meeting coordination, agenda collation, logistics arrangement, and attendance tracking.
Draft and maintain accurate meeting minutes, approvals, and resolutions.
Manage contact and mailing lists for Board, Board Committees, and Fund Committees.
Handle administrative tasks such as office equipment management, facility coordination, and staff training records.
Support other departmental duties and initiatives as required.
Degree holder with at least 2 years of working experience; prior experience in corporate secretariat is advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Meticulous, adaptable, and quality-driven with a strong sense of responsibility.
Proactive, independent, and a strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
