Location: Bukit Merah

Working Hours: Mon to Fri Office Hours

Note: There are some board meetings held in the evening lasting for a few hours - Have to be comfortable with this before applying.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide secretariat support including meeting coordination, agenda collation, logistics arrangement, and attendance tracking.

  • Draft and maintain accurate meeting minutes, approvals, and resolutions.

  • Manage contact and mailing lists for Board, Board Committees, and Fund Committees.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as office equipment management, facility coordination, and staff training records.

  • Support other departmental duties and initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 2 years of working experience; prior experience in corporate secretariat is advantageous.

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Meticulous, adaptable, and quality-driven with a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Proactive, independent, and a strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
