About the role

We are seeking a full-time Sales Assistant to join our team at the DEMURE ITALIAN JEWELLERY' pop-up booth located in the Central Region. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our exquisite Italian jewellery collection. Working in a fast-paced retail environment, you will play a crucial part in the success of our brand.

What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the perfect pieces to suit their style and budget

• Demonstrating and explaining the features and craftsmanship of our jewellery to customers

• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Maintaining the visual presentation and cleanliness of the pop-up booth

• Restocking and organising inventory as needed

• Adhering to all company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the fashion or jewellery industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience

• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Enthusiasm for fashion and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service

• Availability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends as required

• Must Be Singaporean/PR
