What you'll be doing
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain an excellent understanding of our product offerings and be able to make knowledgeable recommendations to customers
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, including stocking shelves, processing sales transactions, cashiering and keeping the store clean and organized
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in a department store or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends is a must.
- A passion for the retail industry and a genuine interest in providing the best possible shopping experience for our customers
