Job description

What you'll be doing

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise

  • Maintain an excellent understanding of our product offerings and be able to make knowledgeable recommendations to customers

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, including stocking shelves, processing sales transactions, cashiering and keeping the store clean and organized

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store

  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in a department store or similar environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends is a must.

  • A passion for the retail industry and a genuine interest in providing the best possible shopping experience for our customers
