What you'll be doing
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
Maintain an excellent understanding of our product offerings and be able to make knowledgeable recommendations to customers
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, including stocking shelves, processing sales transactions, cashiering and keeping the store clean and organized
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in a department store or similar environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends is a must.
