Le poste requiert au moins un an d'expérience en vente au détail, avec une préférence pour ceux ayant un arrière-plan dans les produits de maison ou la mode. Job Description:
Provide professional customer assistance by offering product information and supporting shopping needs.
Communicate company’ policies, services, and promotions accurately and address customer feedback promptly.
Maintain service standards and achieve sales targets.
Conduct inventory counts, report discrepancies, and manage merchandise replenishment, transfers, and returns.
Ensure sales area housekeeping by checking displays and fixtures regularly.
Perform cashiering duties and assist with additional tasks such as signage requisitions, gift-wrapping, and follow-ups on alterations, repairs, and deliveries.
Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in household/home appliance products or female fashion.
Cheerful, well-groomed personality with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to commit to a 5-day work week, including full retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
