Job summary

RecruitFirst is seeking a Full-Time Cook Floater to support Centres across the North-East region in Singapore. You'll prepare meals, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure nutrition and safety standards are met.

Working days are Monday to Friday, with fixed hours from 7am to 5pm. Prior preschool kitchen experience is preferred, and you must hold a valid Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate.
• Prior experience in preschool kitchen/food preparation is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and snacks according to nutritional requirements.
• Clean and maintain the kitchen and dining areas.
• Purchase fresh, quality ingredients and ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
• Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of food storage areas, kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Assist with food preparation and distribution to classrooms.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
