Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Daily production of cakes, tarts, and cookies.

  • Prepare and serve espresso-based coffee drinks.

  • Maintain the highest quality and consistent product standards.

  • Clean and maintain baking tools and equipment.

  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Pastry Manager.

Requirements:

  • 5-day work week including weekends.

  • 44 hours per week with rotating shifts between 7 am to 12 am.

  • Candidate with 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Entry-level candidates in pastry-related courses are welcome.
