Responsibilities:
Daily production of cakes, tarts, and cookies.
Prepare and serve espresso-based coffee drinks.
Maintain the highest quality and consistent product standards.
Clean and maintain baking tools and equipment.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Pastry Manager.
Requirements:
5-day work week including weekends.
44 hours per week with rotating shifts between 7 am to 12 am.
Candidate with 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.
Strong customer service skills.
Entry-level candidates in pastry-related courses are welcome.
