China Communications Construction Company Limited (Singapore Branch) is seeking an office cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the workspace. The role involves sweeping, mopping, sanitizing kitchens, and keeping meeting rooms and restrooms orderly and well-stocked.

The candidate should work independently, be reliable, detail-oriented, and commit to a 5-day workweek in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• WSQ Cleaning Course certification preferred.
• Office/commercial cleaning experience is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Responsible, reliable and attentive to detail.
• Willing to work 5 days per week.

Responsabilités

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum all office floor surfaces to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Clean and sanitize sinks, countertops, microwaves, and pantry appliances Exterior surfaces.
• Ensure meeting rooms, pantry and coffee stations are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Thoroughly clean and disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, switches, tables, and common surfaces.
• Clean and maintain office restrooms, ensuring they are hygienic and well-stocked when necessary.
• Empty all trash and recycling bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste at designated external collection areas.
• Maintain general cleanliness of office common areas, meeting rooms, and shared facilities.
• Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the supervisor.
