Job summary

CTCI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent cleaner to maintain office and project-site cleanliness and hygiene. Your duties include daily cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and tidying common areas.

You will also clean toilets, pantry and meeting rooms, wipe surfaces, manage rubbish disposal, and replenish supplies. Independence, reliability, and physical fitness are essential to perform these tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
• Responsible, reliable and hardworking.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Willing to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties at the office and project site.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors and common areas.
• Clean and maintain toilets, pantry, meeting rooms and other designated areas.
• Wipe and clean tables, furniture, glass surfaces and fixtures.
• Empty and dispose of rubbish properly.
• Replenish toilet and pantry supplies when required.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
• Ensure all assigned areas are kept clean, tidy and hygienic.
• Follow workplace safety, health and hygiene requirements.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Perform other cleaning and housekeeping duties as assigned.
