Job description

Working hours:

Monday - Friday

10.30am - 7pm (School Term)

7am - 4pm or 10am - 7pm (School Holidays)

Responsibilities:

  • Inspire Learning: Supervise students in homework and academics (Math, English, Science, Chinese) while fostering curiosity and confidence.

  • Create Joyful Experiences: Plan and lead engaging daily activities, exciting field trips, and fun holiday programmes.

  • Ensure Safety and Well-Being: Safely fetch students, oversee meals, nap times (lower primary), and timely dismissal while maintaining a secure, clean environment.

  • Support Development: Guide students with care, track attendance, and provide assistance for those facing challenges, working closely with the Centre Supervisor.

  • Set the Stage for Success: Create and maintain an organized, welcoming classroom with quality resources for learning and play.

  • Collaborate and Grow: Participate in centre operations, events, and inter-departmental initiatives to make a lasting impact.

Requirements

  • Min. O Level, Higher Nitec or Diploma (in any discipline)

  • Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a Community Based Student Care

  • Familiarity with the Primary School syllabusis an added advantage

  • A proactive, independent mindset with a passion for working with children and solving classroom challenges.
