Qualifications

  • ACLP licensed preferable.
  • Minimum 2 weeknights AND 2 weekends commitment required.

Job Description & Requirements

The Assistant Sewing Trainer will either assist a senior trainer or coach alone to conduct, deliver and facilitate training programs and activities; Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced classes

This position offers priceless rewarding experience of helping make sewing dreams of students from all ages and walks of life. All this in a fun and vibrant startup environment where you'll have the chance to make a difference and grow with the Company.

Learning outcomes:

  • First-hand/ real-world exposure to teaching sewing skills to adult classes
  • Able to demonstrate the applied skills of industry specific technology knowledge and skills.

Job Scope:

  • Manage and prepare training materials according to the training schedule
  • Support the training team to ensure smooth operations of day-to-day processes
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
  • Work with admin team and operations team to provide all necessary teaching materials
  • assist senior trainers to develop new curriculum, syllabus and lesson plans

Job Requirements:

Fresh graduate from any Fashion Design field may apply.

  • Proficient in basic sewing skills
  • Good communication and time management skill
  • Able to commit minimum 2 weeknights AND 2 weekends, 5 days work week, do not need to work on public holiday.
  • Being a people person is a must (with cheerful and friendly attitude)
  • ACLP licensed will be preferable
