We’re Hiring: Junior Crew Member

• Experience Level: 2 years (Preferred in hospitality, children’s entertainment, tuition centers, or childcare industries)

️ Roles and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Ensure excellent customer service and a memorable visit experience for all guests

• Manage crowd control and uphold visitor safety throughout the playground

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards daily

• Organize and manage playground inventory and storage areas

• Operate and upkeep all playground equipment in good working condition

• Assist in planning staff duty rosters and cleaning schedules

• Coordinate daily crew deployment and meal-time arrangements

• Lead and support part-time and junior crew members

• Oversee check-in and check-out procedures at admissions

• Support and participate in in-house events and performances

• Complete any other duties assigned by the store manager or supervisor

Who We're Looking For:

• Candidates with experience in hospitality, children’s entertainment, tuition centres, or childcare environments

• Individuals who are responsible, team-oriented, and enjoy interacting with children

• Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
