Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and baking of pastries, ensuring adherence to Kwaasong's quality and consistency standards.
  • Support daily production operations, helping to ensure timely and exceptional output.
  • Learn and apply new baking techniques and recipes under the guidance of senior bakers.
  • Maintain the kitchen and baking areas to high cleanliness and organizational standards.
  • Assist with managing inventory levels of baking ingredients and tools, including receiving supplies and monitoring stock usage.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring full compliance with all applicable standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to support smooth operations and efficient production.
Job Requirements
  • Prior experience of at least 2 years in baking , ideally in a professional kitchen environment, or through a strong personal passion and consistent practice demonstrating equivalent skill.
  • A strong passion for artisanal baked goods and a commitment to craftsmanship.
  • Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and baking techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and follow production schedules.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and eager-to-learn mindset.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as part of a rotating schedule.
