As a diamond specialist, you will be trained and developed into true, professional jewelers, to educate our clients about our products, and guide our clients through our truly bespoke process of crafting the perfect engagement ring (or jewelry).

Responsibilities

Product Demo

• At JannPaul, we want to deliver the perfect journey for our clients from start to end.
• We operate largely on an appointment basis, where we take our clients through a 1.5-2 hr education session about diamonds, to create awareness about the diamond retail industry.
• These appointments also include helping clients choose their ring designs and helping them with customization options for their ring designs.
• You will be trained to deliver a holistic and high-quality product demo to our clients, throughout the first 1 month.
• You will also be expected to continuously keep abreast of ongoing product developments.

Aftersales Service

• As part of our diamond journey, we work closely with our clients throughout this journey until we deliver the product to the clients.
• You will be in charge of ensuring a smooth flow for our clients, including responsibilities such as ensuring the diamond’s delivery timeline, helping clients with their customized designs, and following up with their enquiries.

Customer Service

• At JannPaul, we have a heavy emphasis on maintaining an excellent standard of customer service.
• You will be trained to create a smooth and wonderful experience for our clients, to exceed their expectations.
• This includes responsibilities such as greeting and ushering, helping clients with their collections, and many more interactions.

Requirements and Expectations

• Minimum 1 year of Retail Sales experience (e.g., Luxury Goods, Fashion, Cosmetics, Airline, and other relevant experiences)
• Outlet Locations: Orchard
• Working Hours: (9.30am-8pm - Mon - Sat) / (9.30am - 7pm - Every Sun/PH)
• Willingness to work Retail Hours & both weekends/PH
• Proficiency in English
• 4-8 days off per month (negotiable)
