Quintessential is a premium education consultancy offering pre-tertiary academic programmes and university applications advisory for Ivy League and Oxbridge universities. Over the past 10 years, we have built a presence amongst Chinese students in Singapore and are launching into the next phase of explosive growth with a thriving demand from Chinese students in Singapore and China.
We are looking for a dedicated and talented addition to our team to help us grow our brand in Singapore and beyond. You will be responsible for every facet of our consumer management and branding journey. From advertising, customer engagement, competitive analysis and service differentiation and prioritization, you will help shape the voice of our company and grow our consumer base. In this role, you'll be involved with leading our business development and customer management strategy, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals to drive enrollment for our academic programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for education. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable working with high-level executives and decision-makers.
Job Duties
Generate leads through marketing and networking on Chinese social media platforms
Conduct sales presentations to potential Chinese clients, including online and in-person meetings
Close deals to drive enrollment in our academic programs
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and progress in our CRM system
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and partners, manage external agencies and clients to boost sales
Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients
Coordinate with finance staff for customer invoicing and bookkeeping
Handle enquiries, present our programmes, and match appropriate tutors and mentors.
Assist class schedules and feedback for students and tutors
Assist Customer support in invoicing and payments
Assist in marketing content curation for above and below-the-line marketing activities (Blog articles, Instagram, TikTok, Videos, Website, Brochures, WeChat, Xiaohongshu)
Job Requirements
As this is an in-person role, the Candidate must be residing in Singapore, all nationalities welcome

Strong time management and organisation skills
Task-oriented, conscientious in task documentation
Strong sense of responsibility in fulfilling tasks well and following deadlines
Ability to work independently and as a team
Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Marketing products (Mailchimp, Google Ad, Canva)
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese as some Chinese customers can only communicate in Chinese.

Additional Details
*This is an in-person office role
Basic monthly salary: SGD $3500 - $4500
Variable monthly salary: Additional bonuses based on sales revenue
Commitment: Full-time
Start Date: 01/05/2025
Working hours: 5 Days, 10am-7pm on Monday to Sunday. 1030am to 530pm on Saturday to Sunday.
